Do you provide both design and execution services?
Yes. We handle everything from design concepts, 3D visualization, material selection, and manufacturing to complete on-site installation.
What is the typical project duration?
On average, our modular kitchen or wardrobe projects take 3–5 weeks from final approval to handover. Large 3BHK interiors take 6–8 weeks.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide up to 20 years assurance on materials, structure, and fittings depending on the project scope.
Do you offer on-site supervision during the work?
Yes. Every project has a dedicated site supervisor who monitors daily progress, quality, and finishing standards.
Can you customize designs based on my space?
Absolutely. All our designs are 100% customized to your layout, storage needs, and aesthetic preferences.
Do you handle renovation or only new homes?
We specialize in both — renovation and new projects. Our team carefully dismantles and reuses materials wherever feasible.
Do you work outside Bangalore?
Yes. We currently serve most major cities in South India — including Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, and Coimbatore.
What are your payment terms?
We work with milestone-based payments — typically 40% advance, 40% mid-way, and 20% upon handover.
Do you charge for consultation?
No. We offer free design consultation and quotation after understanding your requirements.

Yes, of course. You can visit our workshop or see our completed homes to assess material quality and finishing firsthand.
